The holidays are officially here, and downtown Victoria is alive with festive cheer.

If you’re looking for the perfect family outing, the Festival of Trees Victoria at the Bay Centre should be at the top of your list—and we’re making it even better with an exciting contest!

We’ve partnered with Bay Centre to give away a $200 ‘Tour & Dine’ experience. Enjoy a stroll through the beautiful display of Christmas trees, followed by a meal at Earls. Whether you choose lunch or dinner, this prize is a great way to celebrate the season with the family.

Festival of Trees Victoria has been a beloved event for over 30 years, and this tradition continues to bring joy to locals while supporting a great cause.

Since Bay Centre began hosting the event in 2015, it has raised more than $1.4 million for BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, funding critical initiatives for kids and families in need.

This year, the shopping centre has taken on a leadership role in organizing the event, ensuring it remains a highlight of the holiday season. The display will run until January 5th, showcasing beautifully decorated trees sponsored by local businesses and community organizations.

While admission is free, visitors are encouraged to support BC Children’s Hospital by voting for their favourite trees. It’s as simple as scanning the QR codes in front of each tree or donating online via the Bay Centre’s website.

Add an extra layer of meaning to your visit with the $20 Challenge—a creative way to introduce kids to the joy of giving.

Let your little ones explore the twinkling forest and select four trees to support with $5 donations for each. It’s a small act of kindness that can make a big difference.

To enter to win a $200 gift card to Earls Bay Centre, make sure to to visit Victoria Buzz website here to enter.
