End your day with a 60-minute beginner mindfulness workshop, An Introduction to Mindfulness, guided by Rachel Mark on January 9th, or start your morning on a peaceful note with Morning Mindfulness: Yoga led by Sam Streeter on January 10th, 11th, 17th, and 18th. Each session is just $25.
On January 12th, get creative with a canvas-tote Art Night painting workshop hosted by Sit with Us Therapy Collective at LURE Restaurant & Bar. Tickets are $40 and include supplies and a welcome drink. Guests who dine before or after the workshop will receive 20% off their bill.
