What’s better than summer in Victoria?

Experiencing the city to its fullest with more than 200 free concerts, performances and festivals care of CityVibe, your go-to resource for a fun-filled summer.

The 2025 City Vibe guide is now live with an all-new event finder, which will help you make the most of the sunny season in Victoria.

This tool allows Victorians to easily search and sort events by date, location or activity type—plus, there’s a printable monthly planner that’s available online or at City Hall, offering a snapshot of what’s happening each month, making it easy to see the full range of programs at a glance.

“Summer in Victoria is special,” says Nichola Reddington, Manager of Arts, Culture and Events.

City Vibe supports the Arts, Culture, Music, Sport and Entertainment priority in Council’s 2023–2026 Strategic Plan. High-quality festivals and celebrations contribute to community well-being and economic vitality. Supporting arts, culture and tourism is also a key goal of the City’s Create Victoria Arts and Culture Master Plan, which guides investment in a vibrant, creative city.
