The 36th annual TC10K will take place on Sunday, April 27th in beautiful downtown Victoria—you’re welcome to walk, welcome to run, welcome to connect, and, most importantly, welcome to be yourself.
This year’s theme, Where Everyone Is Welcome, is a celebration of inclusivity, community, and the joy of moving together—register today and be a part of this year’s TC10K!
With race day approaching, there are some key deadlines you don’t want to miss! Here are the top five things you need to know about team logos, race bibs, and how to join the fun at the TC10K:
1. Team logo deadline – April 2nd, 11 a.m.
If your team has 10 or more members, you can submit a team logo to be printed on the back of your official TC10K team shirts.
- Teams must meet the 10-member requirement by April 2nd
- If a team doesn’t reach 10 members, no logo will be printed
- Participants who join a team after April 2 will still be part of the team but won’t have the logo on their shirt.
2. Team creation deadline – April 2nd, 11 a.m.
Thinking of forming a team? Act fast! After April 2nd, no new teams can be created.
- Teams must have at least 10 members by the deadline
- Teams with fewer than 10 members will be disbanded, and members will participate as individuals
3. Personalized race bibs – April 2nd, 11 a.m.
Want to see your name on your race bib? Make sure to register before April 2 at 11 a.m.
- Registrations before this deadline will receive a personalized bib with their name
- Those who register after the deadline will receive a standard bib without personalization
4. There are other ways to join the TC10K fun!

- Thrifty Foods Family Run – $30 (plus Race Roster fees): A fun, family-friendly 1.5K run for all ages—perfect for getting little ones excited about movement!
- TC10K Individual Registration – $65 (plus Race Roster fees): Whether running or walking, sign up solo and experience the energy of race day
