We were lucky enough to experience LURE’s official kick-off to the summer, and the energy was infectious. Locals chatted over cocktails, visitors snapped harbour selfies, and the clink of glasses set the tone.

Even more inviting is a daily happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.—and on top of that, Fridays get a little bit better with live music from 5 p.m. Plus, there are drink specials every day of the week!

Let’s talk food—one delicacy we dove into was the Brie Chicken Sandwich, and honestly? Creamy, dreamy, and gone way too fast. Other new and notables are LURE’s Prawns with Nduja Butter, Truffle Parmesan Fries, and 48-Hour Sous Vide Bison Short Ribs.

If you’re looking for lighter fare, the Avocado + Sesame Greens balances things out beautifully.

Plant-based? LURE’s new vegan offerings deliver. The Tomato + Basil Bisque was comfort in a bowl, and their Red Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice kicks thing up a notch, while the Beyond Burger leaves no one hungry.

As for drinks, new cocktails like the Straw-beret and Flora Borealis taste like summer in a glass. For zero-proof heroes, the Mango Me Thirsty was a delight, along with the refreshing Hibis-Kiss, which both feature Lumette 0% spirits.
