St. Paddy’s Day Scavenger Hunt
Step into the magic of Merridale and meet Lyric the Leprechaun, a cheeky trickster stationed in the distillery.
The quest? To discover answers to riddles that will send you on an adventure throughout the Merridale property. For every solved riddle, Lyric will reward participants with a taste of the Merridale craft spirit line.
Join solo or gather a crew for a bit of competition in this spirited hunt. This is an adults-only event bursting with fun, flavour, and a sprinkle of leprechaun magic. Will you rise to the challenge?

St. Patrick’s Day Inspired Meals
Dine in at the Merridale Farmhouse Eatery from March 14th to 17th and enjoy the traditional tastes of Ireland with an inspired menu featuring dishes such as Shepherd’s Pie, Irish Stew, or start with a “Toad in the Hole” appetizer.
With a nod to Irish culinary heritage, these feature meals promise an authentic dining experience, alongside Merridale’s regular menu offerings.

An Invitation: Master Distillery Class
Spend an unparalleled afternoon with Laurent Lafuente, Merridale’s master distiller, whose expertise has shaped award-winning spirits across the globe. Laurent will unravel the essence of distillation through a captivating master class, offering a tasting of aged spirits direct from the barrel, paired with exquisite small bites from the Merridale kitchen.
This event is a complimentary perk of Merridale’s Speakeasy Club membership, or non-members can join for $49 per person. If you’re not a member, this could be the best time to join their exciting craft spirit membership.

Spring Break – Photo Challenge For All Ages
Looking for something to entertain the kids with during spring break, in a place
where parents can have fun too?
Starting March 17th through April 1st, Merridale invites families and friends to visit the farm, adventure through the orchard on a specially designed photo challenge.
They will task you with taking creative photos in specific spots on the Merridale property, then invite you to enter the competition by sharing on Facebook or Instagram. In April, Merridale staff will be picking a winner for a sweet prize! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #MerridaleMoments!

Ginger Cider, Special Seasonal Release
While visiting Merridale this March, don’t forget to stop and try one of their most
raved about seasonally released ciders: Ginger Cider.
This refreshing, dry apple cider is infused with a subtle touch of ginger. Fermented from a blend of English and French cider apples, it strikes the perfect balance between fruitiness and sharpness, with dry characteristics and a touch of tannins to finish.
