Victoria, are you ready to Riff?
With just over a week until Victoria’s largest festival returns to our great city, the excitement is real – and not only do we have an incredible lineup of artists to look forward to spanning across Rifflandia’s four-day event, but there are also a ton of other perks you may or may not know about.
This year’s lineup features headliners like Public Enemy, NxWorries, Sleater-Kinney and Alessia Cara and many more, and will run between Thursday, September 11th, and Sunday, September 14th.

And while we wait in anticipation for one of the biggest events of the year, here are 11 things you should know about this year’s Rifflandia:
1. Rifflandia has a Supper Club
As an add-on to festival tickets, guests have the opportunity to join the Rifflandia Supper Club – a culinary experience from Alibi Catering, Jones Bar-B-Que, The Ruby, and The Breakfast Shop, who have been providing catering for Rifflandia headliners for over a decade.
The Supper Club pass gives ticket holders a 90-minute reservation with access to food stations, unlimited bites, and small plates including an oyster bar, pizza station, street food, and more – the waitlist is open now, check it out here!
2. RFID – for all your Riff needs!
This year at Rifflandia, they’re turning up the convenience – AND the vibes. Say hello to RFID wristbands, (or even better, RIFF-ID!) your all-in-one pass to a smoother, faster, and easier festival experience.
Whether you’re there for the music, the food, the merch, or all of the above, your RIFF-ID wristband is your ultimate festival sidekick. It’s your ticket in, and your digital wallet too – find out more info here!
3. Chill-zone
Need time to wind down? Enter Chillandia, featuring a silent disco by Silent DJ Victoria.
4. Feel the love
Many couples have been married at Rifflandia, and you too could tie the knot here. We can hear the wedding bells already!
5. Rifflandia has its own convenience store
Brought to you by Oh Sugar, RiffMart is an onsite snack shack with tons of great stuff, including two signature Rifflandia Chocolate Bars by Hype Chocolate – one of which contains a GOLDEN TICKET for 2 Passes to Rifflandia 2026!
6. Low-sensory lounge
Shhhlandia is a low sensory zone provided by Heartlake Farm, Red Door Landscaping, and Sticks & Stones Landscaping. It includes noise cancelling headphones and a place to decompress.
7. Feeling spliffy
Speaking of chill – Splifflandia will return once again this year, in partnership with Seed & Stone and Songhees Cannabis.
8. Dome you want to dance?
The epic return of the Dome to this year’s Rifflandia has us dancing in anticipation – see you there?!
9. Kids are MORE than welcome—bring the whole fam!
Rifflandia has an epic zone for wee music fans to let loose and have fun. Kidlandia, presented in partnership with St. Margaret’s School, will feature a ton of awesome activities and interactive elements.
10. There’s plenty to laugh about at Rifflandia
You can check out Lafflandia every day at Riff—no big deal, but it’s been dubbed the best comedy show in Canada (and that’s a true humble brag).
11. Turf-tastic
Rifflandia will have over 40,000 square feet of turf this year, so you (and your feet) can rock out well into the night.
